All orders placed on set121.com will be processed within 1-2 business days before being shipped out from our location in Toronto, Canada. Once your order has been shipped, it will be delivered within the timeframe specified by the chosen shipping method. It's important to note that shipping times provided for standard shipping are estimations and not guaranteed.
Confirmation email will contain all the necessary delivery details.
Please be aware that customs charges may apply to international orders. SET121 bears no responsibility for any duties, customs charges, or taxes incurred during the shipping process.
RETURNS POLICY
At SET121, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our products. However, if you find it necessary to return an order, we are more than happy to assist you. For all regular-priced items, you have the option to return them within 14 days from the date of fulfillment. Please note that the customer will bear the expenses associated with the return. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging and hangtags intact.
Please be aware that we have a final sale policy for all international orders. This means that we cannot accept returns for items shipped outside Canada or the USA. Additionally, all sale items and items purchased at a discounted price (excluding our Welcome Newsletter promotion) are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
